Prenatal Breastfeeding

This 3-hour prenatal consultation is designed to give expecting parents an in-depth understanding of breastfeeding in preparation for success on their breastfeeding journey.

Foundations of Postpartum

This 1.5-hour prenatal consultation is a vital way to set up mother, baby and family for success during the postpartum period. While many expecting parents spend time creating a birth plan, very few are prepared for the special challenges that emerge postpartum. Work with Luka to create an individualized postpartum plan, including:

    • reviewing breastfeeding goals

    • evaluation of breast (ex inverted nipples, flat nipples, breast augmentation, IGT, etc.) so we know how to prepare for breastfeeding

    • walk through and create a backup plan if breastfeeding issues arise 

    • tongue ties and what to look for

    • discuss postpartum offerings and at what stage in the postpartum each is beneficial (i.e. yoni steaming, belly binding, abdominal womb therapy/massage, bone closing ceremony, etc.) 

    • craniosacral therapy and the benefits in the postpartum period for baby & mom 

    • how to support and nourish mom’s body back to health

    • the importance of postpartum foods

    • review and share the role of the father or partner in this period, including the rising of the Divine Masculine
